Teak wood is an extremely dense coarse grained hardwood and is widely known for its durability. Our teak products are made from environmentally friendly Plantation Teak in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Plantation is regulated by an Indonesian Government agency which set guidelines as to the number and size of trees which can be harvested, as well as the number of trees that can be replanted for future generations.

Teak furniture can be left outside all year. If you do wish to store your teak furniture indoors be careful not to move it from one extreme to another. If you move it from the cold outside, do not move it into a heated space. Extreme climate change could cause the wood to split. It’s best to move it to an unheated garage or shed.
