Returns:
If you need to return an item we will refund to you the purchase price of the order less the original shipping costs.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a standard 5% restocking fee.
All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals.
Orders cancelled after packages have been sent will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges.

Shipping Damage: (please read carefully)
Upon delivery please be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing for delivery. If you discovers upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you should refuse delivery or notate damage on the freight bill. If you have received a damaged item please contact Teaks n more by email of specific damage within 3 days.
We will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for a replacement product and return shipping through UPS.
If packages are received without recording damage on the freight waybill, or damaged items are shipped back to our warehouse by you, our customer, without an RA FORM the contract we have with UPS will be null and void. This will result in a denied damage claim with UPS and replacement or refund will not be issued.

In order to process the Exchange or Refund in a timely fashion please follow the steps set out below.
  • Please email us to receive a Return Authorization Form. (RA for short)
    • When emailing us we need the following information in order to send you the RA Form.
    • your name and email address,
    • the item you're returning (with name and sku# ),
    • whether the return is for refund or replacement,
    • number of items,
    • reason for the return.

  • Please sign the bottom and attach the RA Form to the outside of each package.
  • The RA Form must be taped to all packages returned.
  • Please repackage (if needed) and ship (pre-paid) back to our manufacturer through the shipping method of your choice. Then email outdoorcedars.com with the tracking number.
  • NOTE: If returning for an exchange we will ship the replacement to you at no charge.
