North America:

Orders addressed to continental United States, Canada & Mexico are shipped UPS ground and take between 6 to 9 business days to arrive. Shipping and handling is included in the price. Purchases in Canada will also have taxes added. 
Hawaii and Alaska shipments are shipped via UPS 3 day air and are subject to additional shipping fees. Please email for a ship quote on this service.

International Customers:

Overseas shipments are shipped UPS 3 day air and usually take 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
Please email us with details of your shipment and destination address including the zipcode so we may provide you with an accurate quote on your order.

On all deliveries, please note: 
Upon delivery be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing for delivery!!!

Returns/Refunds:

We are confident that once you see and touch our quality teak furniture you will love it. However, in the unlikely event you desire to exchange or return any portion of your order please follow the steps below.
. If you need to return an item we will refund the purchase price of the order less the original shipping cost.
. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a standard 5% restocking fee.
. All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals.
. Orders cancelled after packages have been sent will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges.
For shipments damaged in transit – See below.

Shipping Damage (please read carefully):

Upon delivery be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing for delivery. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged refuse delivery or notate damage on freight bill. If you have received a damaged item contact us via email to inform of the specific damage within 3 days. We will arrange for a replacement product and return shipping.
If the package is shipped back to our Manufacturer’s Warehouse without recording damage on the freight waybill, or without an RA FORM (Return Authorization Form) the contract with UPS will be null and void. This will result in a denied damage claim by UPS and replacement or refund will not be issued.

In order to process the Exchange or Refund in a timely fashion please follow the steps set out below.

. Email us to inform of the damage within 3 days
. We will send you (via email) the RA Form
. Sign the bottom and attach the form to the outside of each package
. The RA Form must be taped to all packages returned
. Repackage (if needed) and ship (prepaid) back through the shipping method of your choice
. Then email us with the tracking number
NOTE: If returning for an exchange a replacement will be shipped at no charge
